Paul Stewart, who I introduced in a recent post, has completed his extended Ironman after a skiing accident left him paralyzed below the knees. He tweeted the news today:
Day 11, I am now an IronMan, i cant believe it. I am battered, bruised, bleeding but worth it. Lets conquer that mountain. Thanks 2 you all

A hearty congratulations to him.
He plans now to scale the 200-foot cliff off which he fell in the 2008 accident. In case you missed the video chronicling his recovery, here it is again:
