Just a bit of weekend inspiration for you:
Fox 8 Cleveland reports on a couple physically challenged teenagers who not only succeed at sports but use their success to inspire others.
Zach Hodskins was born with one hand but has acquired excellent (video behind the link) basketball handling and shooting skills nonetheless:
“It’s actually amazing to see someone shoot like that because, I think, it’s kind of awesome because it should be an inspiration to kids because it shows that you can still follow your dreams even if you don’t have both arms,” said Alanna Anglen, a 7th grader at St. Stanislaus.
Hodskins visited St. Stanislaus in Cleveland to hand out basketballs and share his story.
“They see me and they are inspired and amazed and I just tell them, you can do anything as long as you work hard and believe that you can do it,” said Hodskins.
